Course Overview
Like a career in retail and the services industry?
This is an introductory course leading to retail and customer service, providing you with an understanding of stock control and systems, inwards goods, stock maintenance, customer service and workplace safety legislation.
You will also develop the ability to give and receive feedback, respond to customer complaints and give oral instructions in the workplace.

When? Where?
Programme runs 5 days per week for 15 weeks, Monday to Friday including combining 2 days in the classroom and 3 days work experience per week.
